We want you to be satisfied with our victualers. That is why you are able to resend every purchased item of our product lines within one month. If you should avail yourself of your sale or return, or you want to reclaim your item because of deficiencies within the period of warrantee, please contact us. Special custom made items are excluded from sale or return.
Please note or mark the reason for the return on the backside of the copy of the bill. Send the package adequately stamped (if possible in original wrapping) to the following address:

We will transfer the value of goods (also the postal charges, if applicable) into the denoted bank account in your order. You might as well choose another item, which will be accounted with the returned item. If there is no denoted bank account, we will send you a request via E-Mail. We recommend to keep the receipt of posting, until the value will be credited into your account.
Under the following terms of condition, we will refund the postal charges of the return, according to § 357 BGB:
The return has to be addressed by a German shipping address.
You either have returned the items or cancel the contract of purchase in written form or via E-Mail (info(at)pro-schmuck.de) within one month after receiving your delivery.
The value of the orderd goods is more than 40,- EUR.
The value of your order on the date of buying is significant. To comply with the term you need to return the package in due time.
If the items have already been used, it is essential that:
After the period of one month, we will not take them back.
If the items are returned in time, we reserve the right to charge an appropriate amount for the use of the item, if the items should have significant tracks of usage.
The postal charges will also be refunded if the items should be damaged by the receipt of the delivery. We ask for your understanding, that in every other case you have to pay up for the postal charges - especially if the order value is less than 40,- EUR or the items will be returned after the expiration of one month.
